Clinical Research Consortium (CRC) is a dedicated clinical research center working with pharmaceutical sponsors to advance patient care and wellness through world-class clinical research by providing on-site clinical coordinating services to the pharmaceutical industry.
CRC’s mission is to contribute to the development of reliable pharmaceutical compounds while improving the health of local, national and international communities. CRC’s staff has conducted more than 250 clinical trials. We have randomized more than 5,000 patients in broad therapeutic areas and participated in developing more than 100 pharmaceutical compounds.

AMR Las Vegas, formerly Clinical Research Consortium, was founded in 2003 and has conducted more than 250 phase 1 to 4 clinical trials. The Las Vegas, Nev., location has eight overnight beds and has recently doubled the size of the recruitment staff to six employees. Located across the street from Desert Springs Hospital, AMR Las Vegas has strong ties with the local community and its diverse population. The center has an active daily prescreening clinic to pre-identify potential subjects for various studies that are ongoing and upcoming.
AMR Phoenix, formerly Clinical Research Consortium, is a dedicated multispecialty clinical research center that has been in operation since 2011 and has conducted more than 250 phase 1 to 4 clinical trials. Dr. Corey Anderson, principal investigator, has more than 18 years of clinical trial experience across an ever-expanding array of therapeutic areas and indications. AMR Phoenix is conveniently located in the medical office building on the campus of Tempe St. Luke’s Hospital and has eight overnight beds. The center has an active daily prescreening clinic to pre-identify potential subjects for various studies that are ongoing and upcoming.
Michael Jacobs MD, PhD
Dr. Jacobs is board certified in internal medicine and has a PhD in Neurophysiology. He has been conducting research studies for 23 years and has been involved with more than 185 studies in various indications.
Corey Anderson, MD
Dr. Anderson specializes in family practice and urgent care and has been in the medical research field since 2002. He has conducted more than 175 trials across various indications, including vaccines, respiratory, musculoskeletal, genitourinary, endocrinology, cardiology and neurologic areas over his 19 years in practice.
Jerome Mirkil, MD
Dr. Mirkil is board certified in family practice and has been conducting research trials for 18 years. He has been involved with more than 160 phase 1 to 4 research studies in areas including respiratory, neurological, cardiology, endocrinology, genitourinary, infectious disease, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, dermatology, smoking device and cessation, women’s health, and vaccine studies.
In 2017, 15 AMR centers merged their businesses to form a single company. Two additional centers elected to remain independent but aligned operations and function seamlessly as AMR members. The new AMR now includes 17 locations across the continental United States, 126 investigators and access to databases of more than 657,344 patients.
