eClinicalHealth, a cloud-based eClinical technology company, has named Mark Paul as head of eClinicalHealth’s U.S. operations.

Mark Paul has served in clinical development for over 25 years in a series of progressively responsible positions including data management, clinical operations, project management and sales and marketing. He started his career at Quintiles where he served as Director of eClinical Technologies, after which he was CEO at StatWorks where he negotiated the sale of the company to a global CRO. Subsequently, he became co-founder and CEO of PharPoint Research, a full-service CRO. He then joined Veracity Logic as a Managing Partner and Director of Sales and Marketing. Recently he has held roles as Senior VP, Global Program Management and President, CROS NT, a global CRO.

In his new role at eClinicalHealth, Paul assumes the role of Head of U.S. Operations and will also support the company’s business development efforts.
